The journey for the perfect chocolate truffle began in 2008 when I started making batches in my apartment.  What started innocently enough became an obsession to make the greatest truffles ever.

These are not your average truffles.  They are not mass-produced.  They are made with love and attention to detail.  The ingredients for my infusions are sourced locally when possible.  Because preservatives can interfere with the best flavor, I use none.
